The Healthy Families program is low cost insurance that provides health, dental and vision coverage to children who do not have insurance today and do not qualify for no-cost Medi-Cal.

Who qualifies?
Children up to their 19th birthday
Families with incomes at or below 250% of the
Federal poverty level
Children without employer-sponsored insurance in the last three months
Children not eligible for no-cost Medi-Cal
Children who are U.S. citizens, nationals, and immigrants
Children who live in California
Clinicas has certified application assistants at each of its clinic locations to help patients with the enrollment process, both in English and in Spanish

HAVING A HEALTHY BABY Studies show that mothers who take the time to learn about themselves and their developing child during pregnancy, are more likely to deliver a healthy baby, know how to care for their infant, and continue providing good care.
CPSP is designed to help low-income and Medi-Cal women stay healthy during their pregnancy. Depending on your income, you may be eligible to receive: |
Free or affordable medical care
Free nutritional instruction
Free infant CPR classes
Free Psychological counseling

CANCER DETECTION PROGRAM (CDP): Every Woman Counts |
Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc.
is a CDP service provider.

and assistance with eligibility and program application in both English
and Spanish.

This program
has been expanded to give low-income women access to screening and
diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer.
|
Eligibility:
- Women with income at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level
- Age 40 or over for breast cancer screening
- Age 25 or over for cervical cancer screening
- Not covered by Medi-Cal, Medicare, or other health insurance or can't afford share of cost (copayment)
- Must live in California

FAMILY PLANNING ACCESS CARE TREATMENT (Family PACT) |
Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc. is a provider of FPACT services.
FPACT services include coverage for family planning, annual, education and counseling on methods of birth control and reproductive health care. Clinicas also works with other service providers in the community to provide the most comprehensive family planning program possible for our patients.
Call any of our clinic location and find out if based on your income you qualify for the program. Services are free of charge for patients that qualify for this program.

Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) Program. |
Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc. is a service provider of CHDP services. CHDP is a preventive health program serving California's children and youth. CHDP was instituted by the state of California to make early health care available to children and youth with health problems as well as to those who seem well.
All California Medi-Cal recipients from birth to age
21 are eligible for health assessments. For a full description of

FREE BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENINGS |
Clinicas del Camino Real, Inc. provides free blood pressure screenings one day of the month at each clinic. The days of the month and designated clinic are listed below. These screenings are provided to patients between 9:00 and 12:00 noon, and between 1:00pm and 5:00 pm. No appointment is necessary.
